Stephen has two decades of front line risk management experience gained across three continents working at leading investment banks including Deutsche, Merrill Lynch, Macquarie, RBS and Barclays.
He has strong industry, regulatory and commercial knowledge leveraged from a career working closely with finance and property professionals, deal-makers and senior mentors.
Before co-founding Spirion, Stephen was head of capital at a prominent UK property company. Stephen lives in Manchester with his young family and divides his time between there and London.
Alen Matic

Alen is a highly experienced professional advocate with a diverse business background, primarily in the legal, insurance and technology sectors.
Prior to co-founding Spirion, Alen spent a number of years in the UAE as a management consultant and counsel to an entrepreneurial group of high net worth individuals with interests in aviation, construction, finance, mining, oil & gas, real estate and associated industries.
Alen has a proven ability to manage complex relationships and stakeholder interests, with a keen eye for detail, process and problem solving.
Originally from London, Alen now lives in Manchester with his young family.
